Scott has been in the real estate business professionally for more than 25 years and has been investing in real estate even longer. He has owned a variety of properties and is quite experienced in all facets of acquisition, management and disposition. He currently holds broker's licenses in both California and Washington.
Professionally, Scott has completed many strategic and financial planning projects for several corporations including: Chevron Corp., Weyerhaeuser, Frank Russell Co., Natural Gas Corp. (PG&E), and United Airlines. Most recently, Scott was Manager of Financial Analysis, Management Science and Economics at Stanford University where he completed strategic plans for the University's research park and provided expert insight into several facets of endowment investment.
A graduate of East Valley High School in Yakima, Western Washington University in Bellingham, and Stanford University, Scott "knows the territory".
